• Working under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director and as a member of the Health & Wellness team, will provide quality care, perform professional nursing, and housekeeping work for the residents at the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose.

• Develop, implement, and monitor service/treatment plans based on the results of assessments.

• Assess immediate medical needs, conduct care and triage Sisters with proper referrals.

• Maintains clinical records with current patient information including Medicare Profiles and plan of care.

• Stay in contact with doctors and pharmacists to order necessary medications and prepare weekly medisets.

• Must have a current LVN or RN License and a minimum of 3 ro 5 years of experience working in a geriatric setting.

• Interest in and ability to work with religious Sisters and elderly patients.

• Candidate must be fully vaccinated, which includes a booster.

This position pay range is $35 to $40 depending on experience. Benefits are offered to all employees who work 20+ hours per week.
